Tresca Rhodesian Ridgebacks strives to produce the ideal ridgeback. A dog that possess impeccable temperament, intelligence, good physical conformation and agility. The Ridgeback is a breed that is known for its wonderful temperament, loyalty and protectiveness without aggression. I consider temperament to be the corner stone of any breeding program because most dogs will be family pets.

Breeding: Tresca Rhodesian Ridgebacks uses only sound breeding stock to lesson the occurrence of defects considered to be hereditary. All breeding stock is reported to be free of hip and elbow dysplasia. The health of the parents of every litter has been evaluated, as well as the health of grandparents and extended family.
